The self-paced training “Hate-motivated acts: Understand, recognize and prevent”, a tech-based educational tool for everyone.

Hate-motivated acts are on the rise in society, both in Québec and elsewhere in the world. It is important to understand them well in order to respond effectively.

This self-paced training designed by Cities Without Violence aims to raise public awareness of hate-motivated acts.

Module 1 lays some conceptual groundwork in an accessible, plain-language way, so that users and participants can then enrich and deepen their theoretical knowledge on the topic through our webinars and training sessions. Modules 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of this self-paced training consist of scenarios that allow users to apply the basic concepts and knowledge acquired in the first module.

Better understanding means better prevention!
